weekend getaway

We went to Provo this last weekend to go to Joe's mission
reunion. This is at President and sister McDonald's house.
The kids had a blast, it was like going to grandma's they
had a huge playroom complete with tons of cars and a huge
train set. They were in heaven.

It was nice seeing his mission president and his wife. They

were so nice and we can't wait to go back.

We stayed the night in Provo and had big plans for the

next day.

CABELA'S!! What else did you think? Our friends Brad and

Amy live in Lehi so we went and visited them for a few hours

and took the kids to see the fish and animals at cabela's.

(they had fun) Then we went to IKEA. (I had fun) Never

been; want to go back right now!

Our plan was to have Joe go to priesthood session while I figured

something out...........long story, it didn't work out so we stopped in

Layton and went to the mall and let the kids run a little while and

then ate. I felt like we ate all day long, it was good though.

We left exhausted and ready for a day of rest at home for

conference. What a nice weekend!
