Vaelntines for me started off on Thursday night when Joe
walked in the house with two tickets to the movies. He's
been wanting to see The Wolfman and so I was thinking
about taking him for VDay (i really had no desire to see
it). So, when he walked in the door to see I thought he
got himself his own present. It was tickets to go see
Valentines Day. It was really sweet of him to even think
ahead! He even got his mom to come over and babysit!
I tried to book a room down at Miracle Hot springs but
of course was too late in doing that. So I called Luke and
Heidi to go out with us and then I would send the boys
to The Wolfman and us girls would see Dear John! I
know it's not that romantic, but it worked for both of us:)
Well, Heidi unfortunately got sick right before so it ended
up just being the two of us and yes, I went to the movie
with him. Joe looked at me in the movie theatre and said,
"we don't go to a movie in like 2 years and here we are
going two nights straight." It was funny and so true!
I have another suprise for Joe a little later, something
my friend Dara and I made for our husbands. He'll laugh.
Stacy bought me some pink chocolate chip pancake mix so I
made some heart pancakes for the kids.
The torn through Valentines I got the kids.
