4th of July weekend

We started off our 4th of July weekend going down to the Buhl
fireworks. We always go to the parade, every year since I was
a little kid, but this year it was so windy we opted out of it.
It was a little frigid this night too, but it was still fun!

We were all bundled up!

On the 4th we went to church first,
and then headed out to Dille's for a bbq.
Beejae and Mack.
The boys talking at the grill. Brent did most of the cooking and
it was delicious. All kinds of meat and veggies on skewers.
Then we had a minute to win it tourney. This looks a lot easier
than it really is.
Pulling tissue out the fastest
Shooting cans
All bundled up. All the kids loved the fireworks, well except
Brady who gets a little freaked out. He stayed nice and snuggled
to me.
Then we went home and lit our own. Joe let her roll one down
which scared me half to death. She did a great job though!
This was Brady's reaction. He doesn't like loud noises.
It was s great weekend!

Some fun at the lake!

mullet

I need to remind myself if I have another boy to just buzz it off
if it's looking a little weird. He had this mullet for far too long,
but I hated to get rid of it because that's the only hair he really
had.
You can't see it here, but it looks so much better! This was his
first bubble bath. He thought it was weird:)

Watson Reunion 2010

I hardly took any pictures at this years Watson reunion.
Here are a few of the kids at the park we first met at.

They had some games planned for us.
This is probably about 1/2 of the family.

Every year we have a whizzy watson. It has to be made. I came
up with this birthday calendar. I got this wood at my own yardsale
for $4 that a friend brought to sell, thanks Nikki! Then i touched
it up and got to work on the calendars. They all flip over to expose
the last half of the year. I made a box and attached
it at the bottom to store birthday cards in. I really debated on
just keeping it. I ended up taking it and I got a really cute
window mirror with a shelf attached so I wasn't too disappointed!
