First of all my main computer is out of service at the moment
so that's why I'm out of the blogging world. We have a lap top
that I've been using, but it's upstairs and slow so I hate to blog
on it because it takes forever! I figured I'd at least do a post
about something since it's been a while.
We went to Boise this last weekend which I have to say was
so much fun. Joe has been so busy with work lately that it
was a much needed break for him and for us to be together
as a family. We went up for the parade of homes which we
try and do every year. Luckily my brother lives up there
so their family was able to watch the kids for a couple of
hours both friday and saturday while we enjoyed some
"alone" time. It felt like we were dating again. Holding hands,
opening doors for me, telling me how much he loved me. I
think it was more just having a day off that was putting him
in such a great mood, but I enjoyed every minute of it. He kept
saying "are we in love, or what?" it was really sweet. We
were also able to go to a few of my neices and nephews baseball
and soccer games which was really fun. We just got a hotel there
and the kids loved going because it was somewhere new and they
liked to explore. Friday night we met up with Jordan Allens family
and Jake and Shanna and we all went to dinner. It was so fun
not to have to be anywhere and just hang out and have fun.
Such a great weekend to reconnect with the family and my
awesome husband who works so hard to allow me to be home
with the other two loves of my life.
I'm excited to host our bunco group this Thursday so that will
probably be my next post. I really have so much to post on
so once we fix our other computer you'll all be annoyed at how
many pictures and videos I have. Take care everyone!!
