Independence Day

I love the 4th of July almost as much as Christmas! We do
the same thing every year and it is a fun filled day. First we
go to the sage brush parade in Buhl and my dad was smart
and put up this big shade tent up. It has kept us much cooler
the last 2 years!

Then we went down and had a picnic at the power plant in Buhl .

Afterwards we headed out to Dille's and they had out a big slip
and slide and we took out our pool and slide. The kids had a
blast. Joe was basically just throwing the kids down the slip
and slide since they couldn't quite figure it out on their own.

Off to the fireworks!!

We always sit in the same place and luckily because of the slight

breeze we didn't get hit with any pieces of the fireworks as they

came down

To end the night we lit off a few at our house with the kids

although Macy fell asleep the minute we got in the pick-up

to go home. It was a long day, but so much fun!!
