Quincy's blessing

MARCH 4, 2012

Blessing day.

 Such a sweet blessing.  I've written down some of the things daddy said in your baby book.  Everyone that could make it was here.  The only people that couldn't come were Jordan's family and Jace's family and Papa was gone to N. Dakota working.  It was a beautiful day and it was the best weather at around 60 degrees.  Grandma Brown, Kala, Me and your Dad all bore our testimonies and said how much we love you and how we know the church is true.  We are so happy to have you in our family!

Catching up!

The kids got a CSI t-shirt at school to get them into a game for free and they got to go down before the game to be recognized for reading.  They thought they were pretty special, although Macy told me before we got there that they were going to play in a game against the 5th graders so I think she was a bit disappointed that didn't happen.

 This was my first outing with her really.  Went to bunco.  She was loving getting held the whole night!

 Sheila thought it was the cutest thing that she got her to suck her thumb:)

 We celebrated an early birthday for Lynn since he was home for a few days.  Love Kiwi Loco!

 This was Brady watching a "scary" part in Lady and the Tramp. That kid cracks me up!  I didn't get the picture in time with just one high hidden.  It was too funny.

 Macy wanted a picture of her hair straightened since I don't do it that way very often, it's getting so long!

 Kaden fell from the top bunk in his room.  Not fun.

 We kept him up just to make sure he didn't have a concusion.

 These are some headbands my friend Kerstin made for her.  She made so many cute hats, headbands, flowers, leg warmers.  Very talented!

 Brady had fun this year playing basketball.  He will be pretty good I think once he learns how to focus and understand the whole game.  He always looked at his opponent like, get outta my way!  He really liked it though.

 This is me and my sick rash I got about 5 days after delivery.  They still don't know what it's from, but I'm thinking either the iodine scrub or the profofol they gave me.  It was bad, it was all over my stomach, down my legs and my face was really bad.  It looked like I had really bad acne scarring and it burned and itched so bad!  They gave me a steroid pack to take, but I was too nervous to take it since I was breastfeeding and it ended up going away on it's own after about a week.  NOT fun.
