City League

Another year has come and gone and once again we came
in second. There is one team we just can't beat, but it's
definitely and fun game to play. Quite physical and tiring.
Macy and Brady were cheering me on. I would hear, "Hi
mom" or "go mom go" it was cute.

I think Brady is thinking what I'm thinking, bad refs!
No they actually weren't too bad.

I'm not sure what is about this year, but man I just don't
have what I used to have. I mean I'm not a bragger, I
was a decent ball player, but I feel like this year, not so
much. We did have a team that was alot of new players
this year so that made a difference and I felt good as far
as being in shape, but I just felt my shot was off. Oh well,
there's always next year. Maybe if I would pick up a
basketball in between now and then it would help!
We were ahead the whole game about 4 or 6 until the
last few minutes. Oh well. If we would have won then
we would of had to wait an hour and then played again.
We had to beat them twice to win the championship. In
the back of my head I'm thinking that's a long night!
Most of our team. We were missing 2 or 3. 2 subs was
perfect though. Thanks girls, it was fun. See ya next year!!
P.S. Anybody watch the NCAA game tonight? I had Kansas
winning on my bracket this year, but still got beat by Joe's
mom. What a good game it was and it's always a good friendly
competition. I couldn't believe that last second three pointer
that was sweet! And the poor guy from Memphis that missed
those two free throws, he's gonna have a hard night. Thanks
everyone for coming over and watching on Saturday.
Heidi, you almost had it! You too babe!

Your playing with some of my girls from CSI. That's awesome. Angie is such a cutie, I miss her. I can't remember the names of the other three that I know, any help? Both girls on either side of you and the blonde in front. Way to go, sorry you didn't get first place. I had Memphis winning, so bummer for me. I lost to Carl by just 3 points in the end, even though he had UNC winning it all. We went to a party monday with some friends from Carl's office, we all had brackets going. It was too much fun. Kya layed on my lap most of the game watching saying, "Niiice...Oh, nooo and Ahhh maaannnn!" She would have rather watched the game then play with the other kids, that's my girl. You're a sexy ball player....check you out!

City League BBall, how fun! I'm mad you guy's didn't beat that one team. Shelly was telling me all about them, how they have played together forever. I was just thinking the other day, we should get some girls together and play bbal once in a while. Maybe in the cooler months, since summer is so busy for people. I know at our church they play volleyball every Tue. and Thur. So why couldn't we play bbal somewhere. It would be great to stay in shape, I would love to start playing again.

Hi
I hope you don't mind me dropping in on your blog. I actually thought I was going to a different blog of someone I know. Anyway, I lived in Twin Falls 5 years ago and my husband is from Twin Falls. I played city league ball while I was there and if I'm right, I played against that group of girls you lost to. Do they have any girls basketball coaches on their team? They were die hard and our team was a bunch of random individuals that signed up separately and they won it all that year too.
You look so familiar to me, are you from Twin Falls? I read that you did IVF to have your twins. I've been there and done that so I'm truly happy that it worked out for you. I know what a grueling process it can be and how devastating it is when it doesn't work. Your family is absolutely beautiful. Thanks for letting me take a peak!
